Question from a Newbie: I have a user which has about 300 contacts in Outlook 2013. After installing the CRM 2013 plugin about 200 contacts are deleted in Outlook ! Why and how to avoid this? I'm not interested in deploying the CRM 2013 plugin to other users.

Hi, just viewing CRM from Outlook (using the CRM outlook client) will not delete the records. Have you verified if Outlook has a filter retrieving just a certain type of contact:

Have you checked if the records are still there when you access though the browser?

    Hello Dktoa,

I agree with Bruno the Outlook Plugin will not delete the contacts in the Outlook. There might be another reason.
