Recently I have created a new legal entity and all related masters.
Today I renamed the bank account name from "A" to "B" based on user request.
After User created one bank receipt journal entry using the new bank name, but the error received while selecting the new bank account name as "Bank account does not exist"

This is a known issue. I'm not sure if there is already a LCS known issue article and/or a fix provided or not. Anyway, I would recommend reverting the renaming and then check for the fix. Once an update with the fix is implemented, you can rename the bank account again.
The issue is that a table in the background is not updated accordingly to the renaming of bank or main accounts which leads to this error.
