How to sort business process flow stages in SSRS?

I have seven business process stages in my business process flow. The stages are below-

1. Research

2. Define Opportunity

3. Validate Opportunity

4. Refine Solution

5. Submit Proposal

6. Close

7.  Implement

I want to display the stages in the above given order.

    Where exactly do you want to show them in this order, i am sure your BPF shows them in the order you specified. Also, Sales Funnel/Pipeline will also show them in same order.

    If you are talking about a custom list of opportunity on SSRS, try using fields on opportunity called 'Pipeline' and 'Sale Stage'

    Based on your business process I would say yes, a CRM does sound like a good option in running your business more efficient. A CRM allows you to keep a record of your customers' details and any interaction so it makes everything well organized.

    You may also want to look at the option of getting a CTI solution like Tenfold which integrates your existing phone and CRM. They also support MS Dynamics integration. Checkout these integrations at www.tenfold.com/integrations/dynamics
