Hi

1. I am getting error Bad container when using option Work List. 

 I am using my 5" mobile. Is it required to have 7 " screen for this activity?

2. Is there any way out to put away material without entering work ID ?

I am doing purchase receive and then Put away separately.

    Hi Ajit Dugaje,

    The app works fine for any screen size as far as I have tested so screen size should not be a concern.

    1 - Are you selecting a container while doing the purchase order receiving in the mobile app?

    2 - There is no way where you can complete a put away work without entering the work ID as the work is identified in the app by the work ID itself. You can use mobile device with work creation process "Purchase order item receiving and put away" and this way you will receive the work and do the put away at the same time without having to enter any work ID.

    Hi Sagar,

    Let me put it other way

    I am using my mobile for using Warehouse App which is 5" screen.

    I am receiving the Item by  Purchase Receipt mobile device menu Item.

    Now I need to do the Put away for the received material. To do that I need to enter work ID which is quite difficult for the user if there are large number of transactions.

    So User can  Work list option where open work list is viewed and worked upon directly by selecting it to put away.  

    Now when I try to open work list from my mobile app it shows bad container error.

    You can refer following link for the work list which describes it needs 7" display.

    Just a point- in warehouse app demo setting it works fine for the 5" display.

    Can you please tell me from where we can use container for purchase receipt.

    Hi Ajit Dugaje,

    You are right I would suggest you try using the app in the PC itself to be sure that this is a screen issue.

    Try using the app in the PC and if it works then you know its time to shell some money for new phone ;)
