Hey team,

I think there is a bug in de Field & Service application and I am wondering if more people have similar issues. Our users can't send emails from the timeline of a Work Order. They are able to start the proces, but once the compose tab is opened, the rich text editor field (for the e-mail text) is gone.

Are you guys having similar problems or has anyone solved this issue?

Have you tried to switch to other email forms to test?

It seems to be a bug that was just happening one day. Because when I looked at it today it worked fine indeed.
