Hi,

We have Dynamic CRM 2015 which has the inbuilt service calendar option which we really want to make use of. The issue being that we have to go through the servicing assistant which is not an option for our users. They would like the ability to create/amend/delete entries within crm on the calendar page as you would in Outlook itself.

The Outlook idea has been shot down also and I have seen this done elsewhere but don't have the steps to make this happen ourselves.

We have trawled the internet but it seems everything is pointing to the scheduling assistant.

As we doesn't or resources per User/Business Unit and our clients wanting to book the resources off the calendar page itself, I was hoping for some advice on how to make this possible?

If I am missing anything, please let me know.
