I want to add an email link to text within an email

I have some text, let's say it's "Contact us for further details" that I want to hyperlink to an info@ email.  This text is within an email. When I drop down the link icon, I don't see anything that lets me do a mailto:xxxx.  I can't use the URL dropdown because it automatically adds in an http:///
