I want to activate default financial dimension with my Site & Warehouse. Is this possible in standard system.

Hi Acme,

You can create a dimension link for Site storage dimension but I don't think so if any link or default dimension is available for WH transactions. My question is why do you need it anyhow?

Hi,

We are not using POS. we should have a way to calculate how much revenue has been generated with a particular shop. I am able to do the dimension site linkage, but not finding anything related to Warehouses.

Hello Acme,

There is no dimension linkage available for warehouses.

The standard functionality supports the linkage to sites only.

If you need a similar linkage to warehouses then you have to build it yourself.

Hi Acme,

We had similar requirement on one of the project. We added the financials dimension tab on warehouse master. Then depending upon the area we defaulted the dimension on the order lines. We specifically needed this for revenue side so we made modification for sales side only. The standard system doesn't offer any linkage of warehouse & financial dimensions.
