Hi

I have a data extract process to move Dynamics 365 data to a SQL Server database.

When the tables are generated optionsets become ints.

I've looked at the "optionset"name column but that always contains null.

We have this working on Dynamics 8.1 the new version is on Dynamics 8.2. Is there something different that has to be done to get these databases to populate?

I've created a FetchXML query with the "optionset"name field as one of the attributes but it is ignored.

Any suggestions?

This was to do with how the FetchXML was generated. Use advanced find and the "name" fields associated with optionsets do not appear. Use KingswaySoft to generate it and they do.

Hello,

I experienced similar behavior once. If you unchecked optionset field itselt and left optionsetname field then include both and name field will contain labels.
