Hi,

Does anybody know when the following expense account (highlighted in yellow below) is used?

I tested several different Scenarios; yet, the account was never touched.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Maybe you can create a request to MS ?

From my experience, it's not the first or the last field in that case.

Very strange though

I have just made a quick search in AOT for that field,it found references in setup form and 2 additional objects without any particular relevance If I didn’t any mistake that field isn’t used anywhere.

Many thanks for that link. I already had a look at it and run several tests. Unfortunately, none of my tests resulted in a transaction that triggered a posting on the expense account setup. Do you know under what circumstance the account is used by AX?

Hi Ludwig,

This is a new functionality in AX 2012 R3. This account is used for expenses related to Brokerage.
