Recurring Appointments Synchronization

Hey Experts,

I'm having a big problem with recurring appointments in my Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

When I create a recurring appointment, it's not synchronizing with my Outlook schedule, even when I try to synchronize and it tells me that everything was succesfully synchronized, the appointments aren't appearing.

Can you  help me ?

Regards,

Azuos

I only suggested this in case you or whoever is having the problem  has a filter that could have a query that used to work and for some reason is now returning nothing. this is one of the many possibilities.

Do you have your Sync filters configured to sync Recurring Appointments?

    Hi Azuos,

it could be a few different things

is the crm outlook client on a normal network or is it running on a Citrix/terminal services?

    if not, it could be:

    duplicated email address: https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmpowerobjects/archive/2010/03/25/outlook-appointments-disappearing.aspx#comments

a change on the sync filter? a filter is a query that will specify a criteria for the records you want to come to your crm outlook when you sync.http://mscrmtools.blogspot.co.nz/2013/12/introducing-new-tool-sync-filter-manager.html

If you are on Citrix or terminal services, you can experiment similar problems when you change the user network account.

Do you have both CRM outlook client and CRM server on the same rollup version? i.e.: is your CRM 2011 server on rollup 15 and CRM outlook client upgraded to rollup 15?

    Cheers
