Issues when update/creating new plugins through Plugin Registration Tool

when i try to Update or Create a new plugin now i get the following Error:

this is a new issue for me everything was working fine 3 months ago now after i came back from vacation and ppl started working and giving me comments i could not update my plugins.

Please if anyone knows about this issue i request ur assistance.

    sorry about the delay it was 4.6.2 so i downgrade it to 4.5.2

    well guys thx for all the suggestions but it seem the Framework version was the issue there, lowering it solved the issue

    So I guess this is related to SDK version , as you are using online might be some upgrade was done in your online instance. Check both instance version, are those same ?

    8.2.2 and i matched them but still not working

    Hi,

    What is your CRM online version? If you wish to deploy to CRM online, remember to check the sdk dll version, it must be matched.

    Btw i tried the plugins on-prem it works but when i try to upload it on Dynamics CRM 365 i get the error.

    I did every suggestions guys and it's not working.

    I even created a new sample plugin and tried ever assembly versions from 8.0.0 to the newest and still not working

    Hi,

    1. double check the dll version and compare to your crm version.

    2. make sure you get the latest code from tfs ( or any others).

    3. Make sure you have correct number of cs file compare to visual studio and plugin registration tool.

    Hi ,

    Please do following step -

    - Check the user you have logged in into plugin registration tool having System Administrator security role.

    - Try to download the latest SDK and login to plugin registration tool and try again
