already added this email to email router and forward mailbox also set up. in user inbox we have set up rule to forward the email as an attachment to forward email and move to a another folder.

I send email to this email address that goes to crm but if we send email from sales or accounts @ email these not redirect to crm .

basically some emails not forward to crm but some . we have check the user groups of sales @ to match one works properly . but no different.

any ideas how to debug I mean trace this . why failing for some cases. ....

    hello,

    questions:

which version of exchange are you ?

how much data banks are you ?

I had a version of exchange 2003 with 4 data banks and it was necessary that the e-mail router points on only one bank.

I had to put my users crm in this only bank so that functions correctly with the e-mail router and the single queue crm !!!

since I passed to exchange 2010 and all is OK ...

I hope that can help you

As long as the email is sent or forwarded as an attachment to a forward mailbox or to an individual mailbox that is attached to a CRM User with a tracking token, this should be processed. Have you been able to confirm this is the case?

I would review this blog as well:
