193I have a client who accesses Report Designer through Citrix. A single user among 5 is having an issue where they go to Tools - Options and mark the box to make Report Viewer the default option. When they log into MR the next day, these types of user-specific settings are lost (box being unchecked). All other user's settings are kept each day.
All MR users are setup as Administrators in their MR Security Profile. I have deleted the User's profile in MR and re-added it however this did resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue for user's in Report Designer?
