
I have a client who accesses Report Designer through Citrix. A single user among 5 is having an issue where they go to Tools - Options and mark the box to make Report Viewer the default option. When they log into MR the next day, these types of user-specific settings are lost (box being unchecked). All other user's settings are kept each day.
All MR users are setup as Administrators in their MR Security Profile. I have deleted the User's profile in MR and re-added it however this did resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue for user's in Report Designer?

I have the same question (0)This setting needs to get saved on the Citrix box. Check to make sure the user has the ability to save to the folder where the configuration files are being save for MR.
