Recurring Purchase Quotes

We have recurring spend with several vendors. We're trying to come up with a way to make entering Purchase Quotes for those more streamlined and easier on the purchasers. Is there any sort of recurring template or process that anyone has implemented that makes entering those a little faster/easier?

Using the "Get Recurring Purchase Lines" should do the trick.
But a little preparation needs to be done:
You would need to set up the lines that should be generated in the Quotes.
You can mark if these lines needs to be created automatic or system should ask you each time, or leave it as manual option.

And You would need to add these Recurring Purchase Code to each Vendor (this can be quickly done through configuration package).

Hello,

Yes, you can use the Copy Document feature to replicate it for each new quote. For more automation, a customization can also help generate recurring quotes based on predefined info.

Hi, good day
I think you could look into the standard "Copy Document" functionality, or an automation with Power Automate that automatically creates new budgets based on the calendar, or a custom development.
