Physical Inventory Order- cannot be posted,

Hi, I have some more questions regarding Physical Inventory Order:

I have done Recording, mark the recording as :Finish :, coming back to Physical Inventory Order, mark it  "finish", but cannot be posted:

    You need to delete the Recording first. Open recording then delete it. Then you can delete Physical Inventory Order.

    Or try the configuration package method. to fix this. I have done it one time before but you need to know what you are doing. You need to take out table 5875 then add Posting No Series that match your system setup and upload back and try to post.

    Adding the Posting No series after the orders are created will not help populate the field. Unfortunately, at this point, you will need programmatical assistance to populate the Posting No. Series field.

    Hi

    Sometimes if you add Physical Inv No but did not setup the Posting No (the second highlight in your inventory setup) or if you do not have a match Start Date in posting this issue could happen. In your Physical Inventory Order use Alt+Ctrl+F1 (page inspector) then check for Posting no series. If it is blank then this is the issue. You can use Configuration Package to take this one Physical Order header out, then add the Posting No series and upload back.
