Global Time Zone Setting

Hi,

Is there a way in Dynamics 365 for Sales to globally set the Time Zone so that every user have the same setting?

I'm currently looking at 3 options:

1. Use XrmToolbox 

2. A flow that runs as soon as a new user is added

3. As part of an onboarding session (currently used)
