How to Configure Threshold Discount?

Hi All,

This is my first time setting up threshold discount. I have follow guide available online.Somehow my setting does not working as desire.

I have situation where, if customer make a purchase total 30$ or more in single receipt for any item they entitle to purchase item A or B at 3$ for an example.

How do i set this?

Hi Adhha Adnan,

I believe this part can be one through the customer loyalty feature. Because the discounts type mix & match or threshold apply to the products which are in line.

Hello,

Threshold Discount can only be applied on Invoice value not on line product.

you can go to Threshold Discounts and in Threshold discounts tier in Amount you can give your eligible invoice value, use discount method as Discount amount and Discount value.
