RMS issue (reports with hieroglyphics)

Dear friends,

We have implemented RMS for a customer, and since the customer is from Macedonia, all of their categories, departments, products etc. are on Macedonian, with Cyrillic letters. Everything works fine but, when they try to open any of the RMS reports, they look like this: http://prntscr.com/jepz0w The installed version is: 2.0.2000.

Does/Did anyone have similar problem? How did you solve it? What can we do, so the integrated reader to show the Cyrillic letters correctly?
