Creating Leads from the public who log into a wireless network

Hi community,

How can I go about automatically creating a CRM lead from someone who logs into a wireless network.

Scenario: A potential customer walks into the office and sees our guest wifi network on their mobile. They try to connect to the network. A form appears asking them to enter their name, email and agree to the T&C's (which mentions that by agreeing, you agree to be created as a lead in CRM). After entering all the correct details and agreeing to the T&C's they successfully connect to the wifi and browse the internet.

My goal: Once they successfully connect to the network, a lead is to be created in CRM with all the information that they entered on the form.

Are there any CRM add-ons that accomplish this? Or any recommended API's?

CRM 2011 on-prem with ClickDimensions.

you can opt an third party directly crate web form lead.

Hi,

Your scenario is similar to that, if I click submit button in asp.net page then in code behind, I can capture all details.

And at the same time, you need to establish the connection to CRM for getting service.

once your connection is established then you can directly create lead.

If this is your scenario, then I will suggest you dummy code.
