Hi People,

My organization has reached the limit of allowed marketing contacts (10K).

Is there a way to reduce them to lower the counter?

Either deleting them from somewhere? Or the only solution is to purchase a new pack of contacts

The marketing area has the following error:

Hi jcutrin,

It stands for how much of quota your organization has already used, so it couldn't to be reduced.

(Your purchased contact quota can be only reduced on the anniversary of your contract.)

You can always upgrade your subscription if you need higher quotas.

However, if you think there is issue to the statistic, please contact to Support.
