I am in MS Dynamics 2015.
I am using multiple Groupmailboxes .I am able to track email and convert them to cases from all Groupmailboxes.
I am facing above issue with one GroupMailbox.
Please help

1) Is the mailbox configured as primary in the outlook?
2) Are you trying to track the emails from archived folder?
