Hi All,

I have integration with SharePoint online and Dynamics 365 CRM online for production and sandbox. Both are using same site and folder. I need to make different folder for sandbox and different folder for production. Is there any way? fore example My car entity in sandbox maintain there documents in a folder of share point "car". I want to change this folder to "test car". When I add document from production it use car and when I add document from sandbox it use test car.

Thanks

Regards,

Abdul

You have configured Car entity from both Sandbox and Production to point to lets say  Car document libary in CRM. Both are pointing to this at the moment right?

Now what if if you go and find the Entity Document Location and change that from Car to a Folder Inside Car Document Library?

Go to Sharepoint and Create Two folders under Car Document Library

    01. Car

    02. Car Test

Run the following advance find query to get all the Entity Document Locations

It should return records like the following

    6318.ScreenClip-_5B00_252_5D00_.png

    On your Production

You car entity location should be in the list. Now if you open the record and change the relative URL from new_car to new_car/Car. On your Sandobx, this should be changed to new_car/cartest

    Hi

You should be able to do this by changing the document location of the entity itself.

You have already configured on both and both are pointing to same document library for the entity right

In Sharepoint, create Two Folders under the document library - Car and Test Car

Then on Sandbox, updated the entity location to that folder (Test Car) not the document library

On Production, update the entity location to be Car folder not the document library

    Hope this helps

Create a separate subsite for each environment.

    Ex.

    https://lmpsp.sharepoint.com/sites/DEV

    https://lmpsp.sharepoint.com/sites/TEST

    https://lmpsp.sharepoint.com/sites/UAT

    https://lmpsp.sharepoint.com/sites/PROD
