Trying to import a lookup value in a table which gives error of reference not resolved.

Tried with different values including guid, and other ids which are unique in the table but still the issue is not resolved. The lookup column is of a virtual entity.

I have loaded lookups for other tables with no issues but it is this one which keeps giving this error.

Is there some limitation on importing CSV which has lookups for a virtual table?
