Field Service Mobile App - Bookings

We have a user that cannot see their bookings on the field service mobile app. Tried reconfiguring, sign in sing out etc. We had this same technician sign into another techs' phone and the issue goes away. When any tech tries to sign in to the impacted device, nobody can see their bookings. 
 
My question - is anyone here familiar with iPhone settings, setup, security, etc that could be causing this issue?
