Can we set the document name dynamically in dynamics 365 while adding it into SharePoint?

In dynamics 365, we have a requirement like we need to add the sharepoint document from dynamics CRM and the name of this document will be based on the fields value of the selected record means we need a dynamic document name while adding into sharepoint grid.

Is it possible?
Please suggest.
