We have created a project in PSA as part of training our staff. During the training session, timesheets were created and submitted which were then approved. These actuals have been removed from the system, but the project still cannot be deleted. We are getting the below error. Is there a procedure to follow?
This is on our production instance and needs to be removed.
Regards,
Dominic.

Would like to know the solution for this. Any PSA tool that doesn't allow for the deletion for projects cannot be considered stable. Too many of these glaring issues in the tool.
Hi,
Make sure that you don't have any associated records with Projects. Add all the related entities in navigation. Check the records by open each entity.
This error is only occur due to dependencies with related records.
Thanks,
Projects can be deactivated using the advance find (see below)
The error messages is because there is a record currently related to project.
In my case it was a team member, deleted it and was then able to delete the project.
However it could be any of the 1:n relationships depending on their properties.
Hi Aric,
Our sandbox instance started misbehaving with user logins and hence we had to switch to the PROD (had no other option at that time). It's only this 1 training project and there is no option to disable or make it Inactive. There is only a 'Delete' option. We won't be doing any more training work on the PROD in future.
The contents of the log file are below:

What error are you getting when you click on the Download Log File?
Does it specify the associations?
Not to step on the blisters, but you try not to do training in your production environment.
