Hi everyone,

Firstly, I apologize for my inadequate English. I get such an error while trying to send a contacta mail to crm 2013:

I'm sure the contact's email addresses is right and email permission allowed are correct.

(My CRM's language is turkish) Izin Verdi= Allow

What should I check, thanks in advance for your support.

    I get successful results when I try to send the same mail again 10-15 times.

    Hi

    Please make sure-

    You are not having duplicate contacts of this email address.

    Using 'Primary Email Address' (emailaddress) field to store contact's email address.

    Aric, system is auto-adding ";" ,and contact has only one mail adress.

    It seems like your email address has a semicolon ( ; )at the end in the email field. Remove the semicolon.

    This is most likely why you are getting the error.

    Also a common one here if you are sending from a service account is that you don't have an email address on the user account (CRM Academi)

    Hi Timur,

    Make sure you have all the contact primary email address. In addition in contact preference section you should allow email.
