Hello so i keep getting a pop up stating my registration keys are invalid, everytime i try to run an integration. i have double checked to make sure my keys are valid and they are written correctly. the computers that had IM installed on them are still running fine, its any new installs that i'm doing erroring out. has anyone ever seen this? how can i find out if there is a limit of installs i can have with my registration key.

I have the same question (0)Hello Adal,
For your Integration Manager keys, do you have one key or two?
>>The reason I ask is because, if you have 2 keys for Integration Manager, that would be a temporary key, which is only good for about 6 months or so, and thus may have expired.
What we would recommend if this is the case, is to get a full Integration Manager registration key, which is only a single key.
>>Another recommendation would be to look at the customer or partner in VOICE and make sure you're using the registration key mentioned there, if any, for Integration Manager.
>>Lastly, make sure you're not trying to enter one version's IM keys into the wrong version of Integration Manager, as this will give the same type of error message.
Try these and see if any of these resolve the error you're seeing.
Thank you,
