Table lock after posting the sales shipment and invoice

Hello everyone,

We already create Sales Order and posted Ship & Invoice, but in the Quantity Shipped and Quantity Invoiced in Sales Order line are not filled. This issue doesn't happen often, but we encounter it now.

We also checked Item Ledger Entries and Customer Ledger Entries, they were generated successfully and there is nothing wrong.

The case may happened with the table lock when the user posting “ship & invoice” from Warehouse Shipment. If the case caused by table lock, anyone has insight for this?

I have not seen any system behave like this.

Can it be that you have any customization around this in your system?

If so you should try to disable them and see if that changes the system behavior.

Have you been able to recreate the issue in a sandbox?
