RM Customer Statement - Report Writer

I'm looking to be able to modify the RM Customer Statement to show each document and it's outstanding

balance in the proper aging category like so:

Current                    0 to 30          31 to 60      61to 90     >than 90

Document #1                       $500

Document #2                                                                               $255

Document #3                                                                                                                    $800

The RM Statement Temporary Header file give you the Aging but only for the total Balance of the Customer and the RM Statement Transaction Temporary File give you each individual document but does not put the amount into its proper aging bucket.  Is there an easy way to achieve what I am looking for?

Thanks!

RE: RM Customer Statement - Report Writer

    Hi David,

Tristan has identified the file you need. Now you need to add it to the report. The Report Writer works with the Display names or the Technical names of the tables. Sadly, it does not work with the physical names like RM20101. The RM20101 table is the RM Open File. First, you need to create a relationship in Report Writer between the temp table you noted and the RM Open File. Once the relationship has been created you will have what you need to produce the report you want. Give us a shout back if you try it and need more help. It's too much for me to include step-by-step directions in a forum post.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi David,

You will need to link the RM20101 table to the report.  The AGNGBUKT field should give you an idea which aging bucket the document should be in.
