Customer creation through Retail POS

Hi ,

While creating new customer through POS we have a field CustomerGroup (Pagename - CustomerAddEditView.html) , we want to hide this field and want to assign a particular customer group through AX while creation of Customer through POS.

Kindly suggest me how do we proceed.

    You have to customize this. We have been needing this from day 1 we started working on AX POS and we always go for customization. I always wishes there was something like address book for customer group.

    Hi Gautam

    Customer group value is fetched from default customer attached to the store master. So if you want to set some default customer group value to a store, assign the customer group to the default customer and synch once to store.

    As said by shafeeque, we need to go for customization to hide customer group value from POS screen.

    Hi, 

    Actually in my case I have all the defaults as mentioned default customer and its default customer group. When it comes to winForm customer.cs  either hiding Customergroup text box or removing is not enabling me the save  btn, even I keep it enable it via code it does nothing.

    I think we can default it if we can have value available in any of pos tables.
