Is there a functionality in AX 2012 R3 to mass update existing open sales order line (not invoiced) with specific query to determine what to update after (or during) trade agreement journal with updated price is created and posted?

No, you have to do a modification and that's not an easy one because you need to revert logic that AX uses for price search. to find or orders that could use this price. Also you want be able to understand if price was set manually and should not be updated, so generally it's a bad idea.
