Hi All,

There are many instances where the portal is down (ex, during portal restart, portal is turned off or during deployments or any other external/internal factors). Portal flashes some random error messages for each of these instances. Instead of so many different versions of error message pages is it possible to have one common web page displayed for all the portal load failures? Please advise!

April 2019 Microsoft will release an update for the portal where we will have a maintenance mode.. that we will be able to setup a message when the Portal / CRM is expected to be offline/maintenance.. is this what you looking for?
