Hi i can't access to the Crm via Outlook. I only can connect my self via oulook when i use the admin account did I forget something when I create my role. There is no error message.

What is the security role you have for the user you are not able to access CRM in outlook ?
What is the users Access Mode --> use can see this in users form --> in settings --> administrator ---> users
Also we do have permission related to this if we do not want users to use crm in outlook client make sure you don have that set for this affected user
Hi Haks,
Did you reconfigurate your Client Oulook on your machine. You should delete the existant Organization configuration and Add it another time using the Configuration Wizard tool
Why ?
Because, when you migrate your CRM, your CrmOrgId may change.
In the new role I have all ok to be connect via Outlook...
