Hi All,
Can we use a workflow in Field Service ? For example Purchase Order Proccess we want use hierarchy workflow for approval until purchase order approved.

Yes, you can. If it's an async workflow, you should also consider Flow, it provides more comprehensive options. Another recommendation is not to touch the existing FS workflow. Btw, for more best practices there is a great video by Eric Dipple: www.youtube.com/watch

Thank you for your reply, but is there any standart function in Field Service Setting about configuration workflow ?
Field Service is not different from sales or customer service, i.e. whatever is stated about workflows in docs (docs.microsoft.com/.../guide-staff-through-common-tasks-processes ) also applies to field service. For approvals, Flow provides templates that you could use as a starting point (docs.microsoft.com/.../modern-approvals ).
