Cannot install Field Service Mobile App

I tried to install the mobile App following the instruction here. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/install-the-field-service-mobile-app.aspx#bkmk_step1

I can log into the system, can access most of the entities. However, when i gone to booking and trying to open a work order, it show error - Unsupported metadata version 22(21) update Application

I have using Dynamics 365 online, the Woodford solution is 10.0.2.0 and the project template is CentaurusStoreVersion.woodford

I tried both Android with app version 9.1.206.0 and Windows app 9.1.205.0

Anyone has any luck or can help?

1. In CRM, Publish all Customization.

2. Uninstall the Mobile App.

3. Install and Configure the Mobile App again.

The latest woodford solution isn't supported by field service - you have to publish the field service configuration using 9.1 as the target version.

i'm having the same issue.

should i uninstall the woodford solution and install an old version ?

Woodford Version doesn't really matter as long as you publish down to Version 9.10 as Scott said. So make sure in Woodford before you publish, to use the dropdown close to the publish button have it set to 9.10.

To be able to select the previous version prior to publishing, you need to go through the MobileCRM Woodford option that uses Silverlight. The Version option is not available through the MobileCRM Woodford HTML5 option.

From Dynamics 365 settings, open Woodford Legacy, then open the project. Once the project is open change the version to 9.1 (top left of the window) then select Publish All.

Ideally, you get the latest Woodford 11.3 (does not need Silverlight anymore) and the latest project version from aka.ms/fsmobile-project. When publishing the project, make sure to select "11.1-9.2". Btw, latest apps are available from aka.ms/fsmobile-ios and aka.ms/fsmobile-android.
