has anyone had a problem where the deduction is not correct on the arrears window but it is calculating correctly on the there paycheck?

Yes, but just in odd circumstances. Employee had an arrears from one week. The next week the employee's check was short again. Nothing was deducted for that deduction on the paycheck, but the arrears should a payment. The odd thing is there was another deduction of that amount, but for a different deduction code.
