
Hello All,
I am currently using the demo builder of MS CRM and trying to configure crm to send email via a workflow.But I am having 3 issues:
1. When the workflow to send email is running I have the error "User does not have send as privilege, though on the admin portal I already given the permission "Send as", send on behalf of, full access to both the owner of the workflow and the user sending the email(a help desk user).
2. Though I have set the "Processing" to server-side synchronization under Setting>Email configuration>EMail, I get the message "server side synchronization is not enabled for you organization and it will not work for sending and receiving mail" on the Email server profile screen.
Note: At some point in time I had been able to send and receive a mail from the demo builder crm online 2013.
3. I have setup up server-side synchronization on my on-premise dev environment, set a pop3(outlook.com) email server profile,added mailboxes to same.And run the Test and Enable mailboxes.I do not get any alerts nor receive any mail.
Can anyone please help me ASAP?
