I recently discovered the "Sales Lit" feature in Dynamics 365, that I could use to attach frequently used file attachment packages to emails in Outlook with the Dynamics 365 Outlook App.

I set up a number of Sales Lit records in Dynamics and shared this feature with others in my organization, and it was quickly becoming very popular with everyone until last week or so when suddenly it stopped working. Any time we tried to attach a "Sales Lit" record to an email in Dynamics 365, it would give us a "Download Failed" error on the attachment.
