I had read the the automatic client updates would work after GP2010 SP3. Mine are not working. Can anyone confirm if it was fixed and I'm just doing something wrong?

Can you expand on what is not working? Are users not being prompted to do the update? Do they get an error message?
They users are not being prompted and gets the normal message about not on latest build.
I checked and we don't have a bug wrote up on this for 11.00.2044 so you may be running into an undocumented bug. The workaround would be to manually apply the update on each machine.
