User Locked in SY00500 Tables

Each morning when I get into the office I have a user locked in the SY00500 table (*Sales Entry) of SQL and the only way to unlock them is to delete them from that table. Where else could this user be locked up that is causing this error every time she logs out of Great Plains 2013.

    Other tables to consider;

    SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
    SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00800 
    SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00801 
    SELECT         * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK 
    SELECT * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION

    What is in the SELECT * FROM tempdb..DEX_SESSION?  There are currently 10 items in it but I am the only active user.

    With all users logged off from Dynamics GP, these tables should have no records at all. Therefore, ensure that all the users are out of Dynamics GP, and run the following delete statements;

    DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
    DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800 
    DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801 
    DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK 
    DELETE         TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION

    Along the same lines of what Mahmoud was suggesting, here is blog post from Dave Musgrave that has a script in it to release stuck users who are not logged into GP.  The beauty of this is that you do not have to kick everyone out of GP to run it.

    It has come in handy on more than one occasion when I am not able to remove all the users from the system.
