Hi,
I have issuesd one PO which contains 5 items with different quantities like:
Item A = 05 Pc's
Item B = 12 Pc's
Item C = 10 Pc's
The vendor is delivering us the goods in partial delivery and in 1st Delivery he shipped only Item A/B and also the quantity for Item B = 10 Pc's not the 12 Pc's.
and in 2nd shipment he delivered Item B = 2 Pc's remaining one and Item C =10 Pc's.
So my questions are:
- What is the best way to receive those partial shipments.
- Can we post the Receiving Transaction after 1st Partial Shipment and after that will be capable to receive the 2nd Shipment against this same PO?
