Please find below the steps:
Step1: Set compensation structure
Step2: Assigned the compensation level to the Job of the employee
Step3: Assign that job to position
Step4: Assign the same position to the employee
Step5: Assign a Fixed plan
Step6: Create a compensation process
Step7: Set up the compensation process for the same grade which is tied up to employee
Step8: Added a merit increase of 10%
Step9: Process results
Step10: Approve
Step11: Load employee compensation
At this step system is throwing the error.
