my user have problem when create picking list,
here the screenshoot.
anyone ever experienced this ?

There is little to go on to be honest but at a guess you have a purchase order marked to consume from a set BOM line and you are posting the picking list and that referenced PO has yet to be received, or has been received but the stock is not where it should be.
You would need to explain the process of why elements are marked, the configuration, what you are trying to achieve with the picking list, the status of the stock etc.
However check the referenced order and see where it is, then compare to what you are telling the picking list to do.

found out that there are picking list journal with status open,
when I tried to delete those picking list, and process again its run well.
