Hi Guy,

I am facing the same issue. I have 8 lines in SO(print1). 3 lines are invoiced and those 3 lines are present in intercompany SO and PO(Those intercompany SO and PO are invoiced)

Remaining 5 lines are opened and those lines I have to cancel but when I tried to cancel it I am getting the below error

Quantity ordered may not be reduced because there are not enough inventory transactions with 'on order' status.

I try to cancel the quantity through delivery remainder but still getting the same issue.(print 3)

    Hi Nike,

On the Update remaining quantity form, there is also an option to expand the inventory. Is that also having 4 as the quantity? If so, you can ask a developer to debug to find out why you get this unexpected error or contact Microsoft Support.

    Hi Andre,

Please find below screenshot of the line which I want to cancel

    pastedimage1638878091315v1.png

And its inventory transaction status is on order

I go to the line status and in product tab I saw one reference number when I went to that reference number I saw all the 5 lines which I wanted to cancel are there and those lines inventory transaction status is Purchased.

    Hi Nike,

Can you share a screenshot with the related inventory transactions for one of the lines that needs to be cancelled? What is the status of those inventory transaction(s)?
