gift card total not on receipt

I have three store and the receipt at one of them it does not print the gift card value on it. I'm using rms voucher. Can any one help

    Hi, just an idea...

    Can You confirm that the receipt file is the same in all 3 stores? Maybe it's different or modified in the the store where the gift card value is not printed. Try replacing the receipt from the stores where it works correctly to the one where it's not.
