About alternate key

Hi all,

When a create an alternate key for a custom entity, I found that the key cannot be Contact as it's logical and cannot be used in a key.

But why it can be used to create an alternate key for Account entity? E.g. Parent Account / Primary Contact.

It's a bit confused for me and Hope to get an answer.

    Hi,

    I have a custom entity Employee and I have create Contact lookup for this custom entity.

    I am able to create an alternate key with Contact lookup field and it works.

    I just get confused with the the AttributeMetadata.IsLogical property in the link Nya provided.

    Didn't notice the sub-link, so now the problem is solved.
