I have created a new navigation list in the Navigation List Builder. Any user that is a poweruser can access the list without any issues. When other users try to access this list they receive 'Cannot access this list' then it hangs with 'Loading Personalized list settings'. I have given the user access to Product:Dynamics Type:Navigation List Series:Customized Links and selected the new list. What do I need to do to give the user access this smartlist. GP2010 sp2.

Just had the same problem. However in a UK GP system the checkbox is not named "State" but "County".

Someone seems to have been over enthusiastic with the localisation!

Using the Support Debugging tool's Security Profiler I found the issue.

The new nav list needed this task in security:

SmartList

Window

System?

Checkbox called "state"

See if this helps - On the new navigation list - right click and choose customize. Then click the blue arrow next to Sharing and chekmark the boxes to share with the appropriate users.

Hey Amy, did you figure this out? We're seeing the identical issue on two we've built.
