We have been setting up a journey within D365 marketing module. We started with an email and want to add in a trigger if the recipient clicks on the button link within the email. When we go to select "following link has been clicked", the link within the email isn't listed. All the others appear from the email but the one we want to track doesn't. It is the other one featured in the email as a button link. Is there a bug with the system currently? We have checked our links using a previous email that we know has working links and visitors have clicked on so we know our links are set up right.
Hi,
I am encountering the exact same issue and don't find a way to fix it. Any ideas on how to fix it? The mentioned methods did not work.

Hi SBarker,
Thank you for the question!
Can you please confirm if you are still encountering this issue or has it been resolved after clearing the browser cache?
Best Regards,
Aga
Hi SBarker,
Try to refresh page, then delete the existing marketing email tile and trigger tile and add the new.
If it still not works, clear browser cache to test again.

Clofly
